1. No Refunds
- All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges under any circumstances.
- Once an order is placed and processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
2. Exceptions
- Refunds may only be considered in cases where the item received is significantly damaged or defective upon arrival.
- To request a refund under these conditions, you must contact us within 2 days of receiving the item with photographic proof of the damage.
- If approved, we may offer a replacement or store credit instead of a refund.
Replacement will be delivered within 7 days - Store credit will be provided within 7 days and it will be valid for 6 months.
